Strap Protection:
Protect your products from damage caused by steel or
plastic strapping by using Hard Angle. Strapping improves
loadstability and fastens product to pallets but can
damage finished goods when tension is applied. Hard Angle
placed under your strapping will allow for the maximum
amount of tension to be applied and will prevent damage to
your product. Unlike plastic angle boards Hard Angle will
"dimple" at its edge reducing the changes of the
strap slipping off during the warehousing and shipping
process and still provide cost effective product
protection. |

Stacking Strength / Internal
Reinforcement:
Hard Angle when used vertically at the corners inside of a
corrugated box or for unitizing a pallet of smaller boxes
reinforces packages helping the load to bear the weight of
product stacked above it. Stacked units must be placed
directly on all four Hard Angles to insure proper
performance. This allows for greater vertical stacking
heights of products increasing utilization of available
warehouse space. Consult your Multi-Wall Sales
Representative for the proper Hard Angle for your
application. |
 |
Corner and Edge Protection:
Hard Angle placed on the corners and edges of palletized
load provides cost effective product protection throughout
the handling process. When used on the vertical edges Hard
Angle protects finished goods from damage in shipping and
storage.
Placed on the top edge, it will protect your products from
damage due to fork truck blades and possible crushing by
stacked loads above.
Hard Angle will help lower costs by absorbing the blows
that would have damaged goods. |

|
Unitization:
Reduce your packaging costs by using Hard Angle in
conjunction with stretch film or strapping. Hard Angle
helps to create a superior package by increasing tension
transmission at the corners forming the product into a
tight square cube. This will help to prevent damage by
eliminating shifting during the handling process. |
